Refund Policy

All sales are final as CryoSkin Revolution & NMS hours are prepaid through manufacturer and are non - refundable. No refunds on partially used or completed packages on any treatments performed at Skin Addictions. No refunds on unused packages on any treatments performed at Skin Addictions.

SPA Policy

If you are late for an appointment you’re not entitled to a refund and/or your service time will be reduced. A “no show” or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for you and all of the other clients I service, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may not receive the scheduled service in its entirety. In some cases, you may be asked to reschedule and be subjected to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: For appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time or no showed, your credit card will be charged for half of the service amount. This charge will cover the time that I held specifically for you. PLEASE CALL OR CANCEL ONLINE 24 HOURS PRIOR as emails do not serve as a valid method of cancellation. Your credit card number will always be kept private.
